Club Penguin Puffle Glitch?

My red puffle, Claire, has returned to the wild... :(  It HAD to be a CP glitch!  I fed all of my puffles 10 mins ago, including Claire, and now, shes gone...

Did this happen to anyone else? PLEASE TELL ME NOW!
